Cancellations in writing made before 30 days of your trip date, will result in refund of your trip fee less a $300 per person processing fee. Cancellations made within the final 30 days prior to your trip date will result in full refund, less a $600 per person processing and handling fee. If you must cancel within 10 days of your trip start date, a $1500 refund will be credited to you.

If in the event BTR is cancelled for any reason; B.E.W. will refund any payment made by you for your participation in Bici Tre Regioni. This payment will constitute complete settlement between you and B.E.W.

B.E.W. does not assume any responsibility for loss to you in regard to airline tickets purchased and/or other miscellaneous items that may have been purchased. B.E.W. advises you to obtain trip cancellation insurance in order prevent loss based on unforeseeable events.
